Meet the Staff
My name is David Tinney and I am the founder of Family Aid International, a ministry dedicated to helping the people of Ukraine. We accomplish this through food distributions, aid to orphans and Christian Business Seminars. We also assist national pastors and their churches, teaching leadership, growth, and business skills from the Word of God.
I first
became involved in short term missions in 1985, taking my first of three mission trips to the Philippine Islands.
Since then, I've ministered in Honduras, Venezuela, Mexico, Denmark, Estonia, and Ukraine. I'm convinced that short
term missions aid and encourage the full time missionary, strengthens an established mission, encourages the native
Christians and motivates the short term missionary to be a more productive Christian in the local church at home.
The value of learning to work together on a short term mission team is invaluable, producing unity and team spirit,
as well as allowing the Holy Spirit to use an individual in ways they've never known.

To the left is our National Director, Anatoliy Bilonozhko and his wife Nadya. Anatoliy and Nadya have two grown children, Andrei and Sveta and reside in Kiev. Together, they co-pastor Word of Grace, a daughter church of the mega church, Embassy of God.
Anatoliy was instrumental in registering FAI as a humanitarian charity fund with the Ukrainian goverment in
2001. His duties include oversight and administration of all activities of FAI in Ukraine, which has included
distribution of food on a regular basis to over 300 families, acquiring and distribution of clothing and aid to
several orphanages in the Chernihov district. He also organizes the successful Christian Business Seminars we host
in Kiev and other regions in Ukraine. Besides all this, he is Missions director for the Embassy church, serves on
Pastor Sunday Adeleja's spiritual council and is Bishop of the Spirit Union of Churches of Ukraine.
